Great host. The room was clean and comfortable with everything required for a nights stay. The breakfast was lovely and generous and at a time that suited me! There was refurbishment work in progress (which I knew about in advance) but there was no noise during the time I was there. Thank you

Lovely hotel, very convenient for the sea front and the town centre. Extremely friendly and helpful manager(ess) always there with a smile, efficiently making sure everything is just right. Comfy room and bed, very quiet at the back facing the car park. Good shower with nice shampoo etc. provided. Continental breakfast basic but enough to set you up for the day. I would stay here again.

Lovely friendly welcome, good value for money, great location with parking. Very basic but clean, some much needed renovations underway. Plenty of coffee and toast for breakfast. 10 minute walk from railway station/5 minutes from seafront.

Lovely property in the perfect location for all local facilities and we particularly appreciated the nice warm welcome from Elaine. The Continental breakfast was tasty and ample, with really friendly service from Elaine & Paula - nothing was too much trouble. Our room was immaculate and of a generous size, and the very comfy bed made for a good nights sleep. We also loved the well maintained garden and especially 'The Patio' area :) Overall, fantastic value for money.
