Comfortable, clean and quiet. A good sized garden and mimi front patio. Located near shops in Paignton, & within a 20 minute walk to the bus station, with access to many nearby towns eg. Totnes, Brixham, & Torquay. Good sized well equipped kitchen, (though I could not find oven gloves). Great skylight in the bedroom with a view of the sea in the distance. Clean and comfortable beds.
