The place was so spacious Lovely lounge area and big kitchen The kitchen was really well equipped for cooking and dining. When we stay we usually stay in a hotel and can be expensive eating out all the time so was really nice to be able to relax and go about our day as we pleased. The bedrooms were a great size and the beds were really comfortable Definitely booking it again in the future

The location is absolutely ideal for those travelling with children and want to be close to everything, it's only a short walk over the road for one beach and then we often walked up to the pier or park in Paignton main part as it was only 12 mins walk, also lovely and close for a short trip over to Torquay where we went crabbing, my little one loved the little courtyard area at the front as with the 2 sets of patio doors you could see her at all times, Leanne is very approachable should you need to ask or raise anything. The only thing to be aware of is the step in the living room to kitchen and from the master bedroom down but this isn't a criticism it's just for people to be aware if they have any elderly people or motability issues just to be aware of them, we managed fine with them once we got used to them but just to acknowledge there is 2 interior steps that could make things awkward for low motability or elderly. We loved how there was games there to play and spent many hours playing games as a family which was lovely such a lovely gesture. All the little touches also like washing liquid washing tablets etc all made for a lovely touch too as we didn't have the stress of going to have to buy it all.

The balcony views were lovely nothing too much trouble for the owner and were really friendly . We extended our stay for a further week for work purpose as the lads wanted to stay there !
