The fine print
Please note that the entrance to Orchard Hill House is up an inclined concrete path of 61.5 metres (200ft) long which includes 3 flights of steps at the bottom. The entrance path has handrails all the way and 7 additional wide lower steps once you enter the garden leading to the door of the apartment. This may not be suitable for some guests.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We spend a really lovely holiday in a very nice place. We met very wlecoming hosts, who provided us with good and useful advice on possible activities etc. and the location itself. The view from the appartment was terrific and basically covered whole Paignton Downtown. The appartment was very nice with a beautiful garden. It had a kitchen at ground level and the rest of the rooms were upstairs. We couldn't have found it any better.

William and his family who own the property were delightful and very helpful. Lovely accommodation despite the walk up the steps to the property. We have come back home super fit! Loved it. a real home from home feeling..
