Great accommodation , beautiful room, SUBLIME mattress, best nights sleep in months! Having the breakfast hamper delivered around 8 am allows for your own time to collect and tuck in. With muffins and croissants, hot chocolate sachets, tea, coffee, you can easily spend hours in the room at the table looking at the bay, writing or chilling or you can be out of town in a few minutes and visit local beaches, farm cafes or towns.

Owner was very welcoming on arrival as we got there lunch time, check in details we emailed out in advance & very easy & clear if arriving late. We had the basement room very clean & tidy. Bed was amazing to sleep on breakfeast was served in a picnic basket orange juice, water yogurt pastry’s cheese & ham plus other nice bits you can either have for breaky or take it out for the day as a picnic also you have a nice pile of towel on the bed bed & towel in the shower so plenty for your stay plus you can have fresh if required & a lovely touch is the box of Nestle Dairy chocolates 😍 it’s just up from Harbourside so very quite for a good nites sleep 😴

The way breakfast is delivered to your door is fantastic, our only suggestion is to maybe have a selection card to select what you'd like as we hate wasting food and their were some items we wouldn't eat that went to waste so could save you money in the long run ☺️
