Excellent guest house.. .clean, comfortable, bed was lovely slept like a log.. fantastic veiw of the bay...proprietor was very freindly and helpful . .breakfast was great..I will be booking again ..

Superb guest house and only a stones throw from the sea front - lovely hosts, immaculately clean and comfortable room with a sea view, gorgeous continental breakfasts plus free wi-fi and on-site parking. The fresh muffins and box of maltesers was a lovely surprise on arrival :) Thank you so much for making our first mini-break in Paignton such a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. Excellent, a wonderful choice of pastries, yogurts and cold buffet for breakfast. We were in a twin room in the attic with wonderful views of Paignton sea front and harbour. The owner Sam was warm and welcoming and happy to have a chat. The whole atmosphere made you feel welcome. 👍

The property was easy to find and a perfect location for access to the harbour and Paignton south beach as well as walking distance to goodrington sands. It was under 10 minutes drive to the zoo. Very welcoming, lots of tea, coffee, biscuits and extra treats. Breakfast was beautifully presented with a variety of things and enough to keep you going for lunch too. Super value.
