The property was very convenient for shops and bars, seafront was in walking distance. The property was clean and nicely decorated. We had a lovely stay. The mattress was very soft, so we found it quite uncomfortable, but that is only our personal preference. Parking was a slight issue, but that was not the fault of the property. I think it is due to the volume of properties without designated spaces in the area.

The property was outstanding. Couldn’t fault the cleanliness, facilities were excellent, so many personal touches (cotton pads, tea, coffee, biscuits, dog treat). Perfect location for exploring Paignton & Torquay! All furnishings are high quality and the bed was SO Comfortable. So many fun things to do locally, bowling, golf, the pier, arcades!!
