James “Would happily stay again.”

The breakfast was really good, there was plenty to choose from and was cooked fresh on request. The location was perfect, just a short 5-10 minute walk to the pier.
Euril “Highly recommended for value, location, comfort & especially Liam the owner. Will definitely return”

Liam was fabulous. Came & picked me up from the station as he was close by. The room (number1) was huge. 2 balcony’s & a separate sitting room with a microwave, tea & coffee, fridge. I could see & hear the sea & the accommodation was a quick walk to the seafront. Paignton centre & all the amenities. Breakfast was cooked by Liam to order & there was a lot of choice included cereals, porridge etc. The accommodation was quiet & Liam was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable giving directions to pubs, places to eat & where I could find live music. Provided an iron & ironing board on request. 😁

M “Even though it wasn’t summer, we still had a lovely time at the seaside.”
07 Apr 2026
It had a balcony, was right by the sea, had a car park, and had everything you could possibly need. Bath towels were provided. It was close to the tourist attractions, and with plenty of souvenir shops there, it really felt like a proper holiday. It took about 20 minutes by car to get to Cockington Village and Brixham. I really enjoyed exploring Torquay, Devon’s historic buildings, the lighthouse on the cliffs at Brixham, and the seaside town. It was particularly lovely to see the seals along the harbour promenade. It was lovely to see the sun rise over the sea in front of us and the moon rise from the sea at night. We walked to the fish and chips restaurant that had been recommended to us. We didn’t take it away; we ate it there. It was absolutely delicious.
