The fine print
Please note that guests booking 5-9 rooms will be charged a 30% deposit at the time of booking. Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The bungalow was lovely and right by the pool. Everything was clean and compfortable and the staff were really friendly. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again if we end up back in Pai

-Beautiful pool area which had the sun on it all day. Plenty of sun loungers and shade. -Room was larger than average and had everything needed (hairdryer, fridge, soaps, good ac and WiFi etc). Bed was comfy and not cold at all in Feb. -Hot water was fine as long as you keep the pressure low. -Room tidied daily with fresh towels and bottled water. -Quiet and pretty location but only 20 mins walk to town, the road is dimly lit but safe. There’s a shortcut bridge at the back to go to some cafes for lunch.

We loved it here! Our favourite place in Thailand. The rooms are private, clean & comfortable. The staff was amazing. I loved the location & how quiet & peaceful it was. The pool was perfect.
