Everything. I got the budget room but was very impressed with it! Lots of room, a very nice outdoor area (just watch out for mosquitos around dusk and dawn) and very comfy bed which stayed very dark which was good for sleeping. The family that runs it are so kind and breakfast was fantastic! Would absolutely stay here again when I’m back in Pai :)

Words aren’t enough to express my gratitude this place is OUTSTANDING ⭐️ First of all, for the kind treatment and warm hospitality — it truly made a difference.🙏🏼 And also for the place itself, which feels like a small green oasis in the middle of this little town. It’s close enough to walk to the center in about 6–10 minutes, though I’d still recommend renting a scooter to get around, as everything in Pai is relatively close and the roads are in excellent condition 🛣️🛵 The property is well-kept, looks great, and is very clean. You’ll stay in individual bungalows that offer plenty of privacy and are well-equipped. Rooms have both AC and a fan, as well as a mosquito net, repellent, and bug spray — they’ve really thought of everything. I don’t know if we just got lucky, but we slept in the most comfortable bed of our whole trip — everything was cozy and just right. It was a real pleasure.😌 But without a doubt, what stood out the most was the amazing breakfast.🍳 🥑🥐 Even if you’re not staying here, I’d say it’s worth coming by just for the food. It’s filling, high-quality, and absolutely delicious. Generous portions too. The hot chocolate was heavenly, and I ordered eggs with avocado and a croissant — I couldn’t believe how good that warm, flaky croissant was. Being in such a comfortable place, treated with kindness, and eating so well — that’s exactly what a traveler needs. Thanks so much 😍

Good location just on the edge of the main part of town. Nice individual units. The breakfast is amazing. Easily the best in a few years of travelling.

The family was the loveliest and so welcoming, they made me feel at home straight away. The 2 kids just made the whole stay even better. The location is super close to the walking street but a bit more quiet. If I come to Pai again I will definitely stay with them!
