Great location - no idea what people are on about in the reviews saying the location is bad. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes and a couple of bars within 100m... yes it's about a 15-20min walk to the centre of Pai but that's NOT far! More walking means an excuse to eat more of the delicious good on offer in Pai.. We had a double room for 5 nights and it was clean and always had hot water. Really spacious!! Wonderful staff. Would stay here again!
