“Good hotel, poor staff. An hour check-in process is ridiculous.”

The hotel itself was nice, and located very close to Palma, with just a 20 minute drive away, and amongst the bustling Peguera town, so it was a central location. The room itself was clean and was decent for our two night stay, and looked fairly modern. The cleaners were also very nice and very accommodating.

Very comfortable hotel, with much space. Breakfast is huge and very complete, and staff very nice and helpful.
