Really good location to get to canyons and attractions. It’s a motel, it was clean and comfortable, not much more you can ask for really. They also provided a breakfast, which was nice.

The room was big and comfortable. The sheets and towels felt and smelled very clean. Except for 1 hair on the bed it also looked and felt all very clean in general. There is a laundry area with multiple machines (4$ for a wash and also 4 for tumbler) which work with quarters. The reception staff was able to change some dollars for me (but we were there early and the only ones doing laundry at that point so I imagine that they run out of quarters at some point, which might explain some negative reviews with regards to this). Everyone was friendly and breakfast was included.

Staff were incredibly unfriendly . We arrive 15 minutes before checkin and were told to wait . The place was almost empty so I can’t see that they didn’t have our room ready. Cheap so perhaps we had expectations not inline with the cost.

80$ value max for this hotel. Rooms are big enough 26m2 but old. Location is good, nearby many restaurants, stores, gas stations. Quiet road. Breakfast is ok but no eggs nor meat, only bread, waffles and yogurts with drinks.
