Location was good, 5 minute walk into town. Lovely clean property, room had everything you needed, good size wardrobe, comfortable bed and a good and plentiful mixture of tea and coffee.

The location was great , 10 mins walk into Padstow , our stay was excellent, Kim our host provided everything you need , never stayed in accommodation with so much attention to detail . Spotless accommodation with perfect host . Would highly recommend.
