We liked everything about the property! It was spotless clean and had everything we needed, the location was perfect and the view from the estuary room was incredible. Karen was the perfect host and really made us feel welcome

Our host Karen was friendly with great recommendations for places to see and eat and the location was very handy to the main shopping precinct. We had the garden room which while compact was comfortable and well appointed. It didn't have an ensuite but the shower room next door (literally) on the landing was for our own private use and was large and well presented. Breakfast included with our booking was continental with a good choice of cereal or fresh cooked porridge, toast, croissant etc. The fresh fruit salad was excellent! Would definitely recommend a stay.

The owner Karen was wonderful - friendly and helpful. The house and room were clean and tasteful. Would definitely recommend.
