Great location. Easy to walk into Padstow although it is uphill to come back Mark was attentive - but in the background rather than “in your face” On top of that, he used his contacts to get us into Rick Stein’ Seafood Restaurant when we had failed

Mark, the host, couldn't do enough to help us. Whether he was helping us book taxis or making recommendations of where to go, we couldn't ask for more of him! The room was lovely and clean, and the addition of the roll-top bath went down really well too. Very well located, quiet enough out of the way of all the visiting tourists, whilst only being a 2-minute walk into the hustle and bustle
