balcony. quiet. clean fancy rooms. free tea coffee etc. owners are a bit particular but dont take it personaly and u will be ok. eg make sure u use a saucer with your coffee cup or u will be told off! allow 10min for checkin they give u demo of everything! easy self checkin. external bathroom= rooms on one side of shared hallway each rooms private bathroom on otherside. shower is amazing.

Fantastic location, room was clean and comfortable, bigger than expected with a small desk, sofa and good wardrobe space and nice sized bathroom. I needed to check-in late and it was easy to arrange and access the property on arrival. Communal area with coffee and croissants was a nice touch too.

The room, bed, and bathroom were good size and comfortable. Also, there was a coffee machine, a water dispenser, and croasans.

Nice place to stay! They have a water machine in the common area and even had some snacks for free! Please be aware that there is no space to leave your luggage after check out!! We had to pay an extra fee to keep our luggage at the hotel for the remainder of the day we stayed in Padua after we checked out.
