Location, initially given room with broken air con which was hopefully being fixed however the staff changed our room promptly so air con worked from the start of our stay

The swimming pools and the statues :) beautiful, perfect temperature… and the grass too. It was very soft to walk on :)

It has 3 pools to choose from and so close to the harbour. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

The hotel was lovely, spacious, attractive and very quiet despite being just off the beach front and busy ferry terminals. Having a kettle and fridge is always a bonus and a choice of 3 pools in pretty gardens was pleasantly unexpected. The rooms are large and traditionally furnished with good sized terraces/balconies. Upstairs ones are best for light and garden views. Breakfast was very good with choice of Indonesian or European, and plenty of fruit. Close to both Blue Lagoon (lots of rubbish and not good for swimming) and Bias Tugel (big waves but idyllic). The latter provides the best in beach beds and warungs.
