We had a super early checkout to go to the fast ferry. The staff organised a takeaway breakfast with everything we needed to fuel us for our long trip ahead which was great service.

Buffet breakfast was outstanding. All staff were incredibly friendly ... special shout-out for Sisi who was constantly proactive and thoughtfully going the extra mile to delight us, and always a joy to chat to. Laundry service was great and super quick. Across the road from the Adityawarman museum, well-stocked supermarket 2 minutes away, and easy walking distance of coastal promenade. Short taxi ride to Old Town and easy ride to the incredible Grand Mosque, Ibis roof-top restaurant and so much more.

Please be careful at this hotel staff was great until I ceked out and they gave a bill for 3 days of washing and they charged me $65 aud for washing , please be careful there

Good location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was varied and was available until 11am. The rooms were spacious.
