clean and spotles room. water hose is avaible at toilet.adequate room amenities. one of luxury hotel avaible at Padang. breakfast not bad with local flavour. se this hotel as part of accor hotel chain. love it with water dispenser at corridor. the only one hotel i found seiously apply green policy. this htel avoid plastic. they also provide recycle bin by colour at lift lobby. as a result theres no bottled water. only 2 glass bottle inside a room with a seal. guest free to top up anytime from dispenser provided. neither laundry bag avaible as its plastic. bed is small compare to truntum. wifi is great hassle free. no password. ready to use. security is tight but guest does not feel it as they exactly know who is person on their compound.

the breakfast spread was wide..so many choices, i want to try it all. From local to foreign menu, superb!Worth for money, will be my first choice.

One of the most comfortable hotel rooms I've stayed in for a long time! Big comfy bed, everything clean, a warm shower, all the amenities you could wish for. Staff were so friendly and helpful!
