Lovely character hotel with magnificent views out to sea. Very quaint furniture etc that was like stepping back in time. Our courtyard bedroom was delightful.,as was the breakfast overlooking the bay.Nicely located for everything that Monterey has to offer.

The greeting upon arrival was warm and friendly, and our courtyard room was absolutely gorgeous. Possibly the most beautiful breakfast view ever, we could see whales and seals from our table while sipping our coffee. The service was lovely and the attention to detail was superb. Too bad we had a morning whale watching tour booked, I would have loved to have lingered longer over such a lovely breakfast. I regret only staying 1 night!
