Mr.Manu the Guest Relationship Manager did an outstanding job of arranging a special candle lit dinner for us...I have to mention Shivam a very enterprising and omnipresent Boy extremely helpful and good natured...I would recommend this place for the Food and good sized rooms.

The food, the people, their behaviour, very polite and warm. Especially Ms. Elizabeth, their house keeping executive is beyond any mention. She made our stay heavenly. Overall the place is good for food, well curated rooms, staff behaviour and attitude also well located in Panchmarhi.

Staff- specially the ones in the restaurant were superb. They served food with love and care. They even prepared special food without onion and garlic for my dad and mom. Very warm staff. The rooms are very clean and spacious. AC works very well. The hotel has a good well maintained green garden, pool area and games.
