Friendly staff, if you ask something they will help you to solve the problems . Room are clean , they give you everyday bottled water and also clean towels if requested. Its better to ask a room with window.

When I booked, it was supposed to be Breakfast included. However, we were asked to pay for the breakfast. Attention Booking.com! How did this happen. I don't have any recourse to contact your end to verify. However, I knew fully well that I included brakfast in my payment reservation

Location is very central. Staff where friendly as most Filipinos are and Christmas starts early

I like most the friendly and hospitable staff especially Emma. She is a real gem. Centrally located so everything we needed to get are within easy reach.
