We got upgraded to the beach front cabin, which gave us the up close view of the ocean we were looking for.

Nice, clean spot. Comfy bed and linens, steam room needs staff to start, but is great once going. Good staff, and nice back yard with beach access. Nice shared space with games/food for purchase. Close to road, noisy on street side, less ocean front and none at the water side. Can hear lots in building, nothing ear plugs can't fix :)
