The staff were all absolutely lovely and helpful, it was a reasonable price compared to other options in Oxford and great location.

Location next to railway station and close to bus station, easy walk to the city, restaurants nearby, comfortabel room, friendly staff The hotel does not serve breakfast but the options offered in The Olive tree (within the building) are nice. Around the corner is a supermarket and in the room you van make tea/coffee/hot chocolate.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable room, beds comfortable. Bathroom very modern with everything you need. Cleaning staff do an excellent job.
