The property will contact the guest following their reservation.The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our seasonal menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults.Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel:0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/
5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/
12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price.
Kids Dinner Menu also available.Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.From 29 October 2025, a £5 daily congestion charge will apply to cars driving through central Oxford – please check if you need a permit.There is a limit of 30 onsite parking spaces at the hotel which must be booked in advance by contacting the hotel to the contact number provided on the confirmation after booking. The charge is GBP 34 for an overnight stay from 15:00 until 12:00 the next day. Spaces are subject to availability and must be booked prior to your stay in order to guarantee a reserved space. The hotel is in a good location and the staff were welcoming. The bed was confortable and the room well insulated. The window was a french door opening onto a small balcony (with no seating).

Location. Right next to castle. Very close to station and centre. Has parking Old prison building. Just amazing interior. Comfortable well equipped room, clean. Quiet.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble they were very friendly and helpful and they really put effort into making our occasion feel special. The rooms are very cool I enjoyed that they kept to the theme of the property, I'd say they felt more spacious than pictures let on. Lovely beds, great shower - no complaints. Overall we had an amazing time and would recommend everyone to stay here!
