Room very clean and spacious. Hotel very inviting lovely old English feel. Locality just right a little outside city centre but tourist bus stops virtually outside. The restaurant was excellent food delicious. Would stay again although as with all hotels now a tad expensive.

The staff at the hotel are delightful, very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was spacious and very clean. The choice at breakfast was fantastic, the food was excellent. It certainly wasn't 'run of the mill' products, more like M&S food. The bus stop was right outside the hotel with a very frequent service into the city centre, which took only 4 minutes. Plenty of free on-site parking.
