The B&B was clean and tidy. Staff when I called them (see also below) were polite and friendly. Facilities in breakfast room were good, with outlook and access to a small garden, EXCEPT that breakfast wasn't provided - so (I think) should not therefore qualiy for the "breakfast" bit of b&b. (I had located it by looking for "B&B's near Oxford".)

The room was a bit small but still in line with the promise. Easy to get the bus outside to the center of Oxford, or to walk the distance. Worked well with check in/out despite not F2F contact. Good to be able to park the car outside the house. We were able to park hours before chck-in, which we appreciated.

The accommodation was very cozy. The whole house was clean and very pleasant. We especially appreciated the dining area which has a fridge, a Nespresso machine, some condiments, and a variety of teas. We had our breakfast there every morning and really enjoyed it in the nice space. In terms of the room, the beds were comfortable, the sockets were by the beds and the shower pressure was quite nice. The room was quite cramped but it wasn't a huge issue. There is a restaurant with delicious food nearby and by that restaurant is a bus stop that will take you to the center of the city in under 10 minutes. The host provides private parking spots which we also really appreciated. Our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable, thank you!
