The location of the property to the beach and local facilities. The property had everything we needed inside and out.

This was a very pleasant cosy flat conveniently close to the centre of Overstrand . It was easy to park outside . It was quiet at night . The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space in the bedrooms and living area. The washing machine was a useful feature . Everything was very clean . TV system was ok .Overall this was good value for money . Communication with hosts was good . We would come back to stay there again

Great location A well appointed apartment, a home from home There was an issue at the property in respect of gas connection, following recent exterior works, however this was swiftly resolved by the owner

Great stay. Lovely surprise of a bottle of wine waiting for us, thank you. The facility was clean and comfortable . Enjoyed the whole stay. Perfect for location, only a 2 mile walk to Cromer either from Cliff top walk or along the beach . We will be booking again
