We loved this flat! We knew it would be great based on the photos, reviews, and location, but honestly, it exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect! On a main street in the city center with lots of great bars, restaurants, attractions, shopping, and free/paid parking nearby. The flat was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft, the kitchen was well-equipped, the layout was way more spacious than it seemed in photos, and we loved having meals out on the balcony. Above all, we loved Carlos, the host! He could not have been kinder or more flexible! When we come back to Ourense we will definitely try and stay here again if it isn't already sold out.

The apartment was perfect. It was quiet, large, clean, central with great views of the city and the price was very competitive. The hostess Dina was exceptional. She was kind, professional and attentive. Throughout my stay she ensured everything was up to standard and was flexible with check in times to meet my schedule. I couldn't be more content with this apartment or hostess and I will be returning. 10 stars!
