New, well decorated and clean apartment and with great view over Oulu (10th floor). Location is perfect for a city stay, walking distance to everything and supermarket downstairs. Warm and very well insulated. Would be great to be able to better adjust the temperature. We stayed 5 nights. The bed and over mattress were just too soft to be called confortable. My wife moved to the sofa the first night. Without over mattress it was still very soft, but OK. Kitchen is equipped enough for quick warm-up meals. Bathroom has space and supplied shampoo and shower gel are nice touches. With a better bed/mattress we would stay again. For overnight near the train station it is good.

Excellent place, hard to find anything that would be more central. The shop at groundlevel was a nice bonus and made things very convenient.
