After a great first experience at this hotel, I decided to return — and once again, everything was perfect. A special thank you to the guest and sales managers Fatimzohra and Khadija, and to Mr. Hicham, the interim director, for their warm welcome and outstanding service. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and excellent hospitality.

A truly wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, Ouahiba at reception made me feel so welcome with her warm smile and professionalism. The service, food, and room quality were all excellent – it’s very hard to find any fault here. I have stayed in other five-star hotels in Oujda and Saïdia, but this one is far ahead. The others could really learn a few things from the outstanding service and attention to detail here. This is how a real five-star hotel should be. I will definitely return and highly recommend it!
