This is i addition to my review where I explained why we liked Chsy so much. I should add that check-in and communication are great. And a big thank you to Chay for so kindly helping us retrieve something we left behind. They responded efficiently and kindly. It's worth a visit for sure.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The two air conditioners keep everything nice and chilly. The shower is good. We enjoyed the balcony. The location is good with the café downstairs and little shops nearby, and we easily walked to other interest areas. The kitchen had enough to cook with and provided oil and condiments, which we appreciated. And, the tv was easy to use and had a Netflix account ready to go.

Everything was perfect: the location, the apartments, the views, the cleanliness, and the staff. A truly wonderful place! Mustapha, who assisted with check-in, was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I had luggage and a flight to catch, and he kindly arranged storage and allowed me extra time in the apartment while I waited. I’ve never experienced such outstanding service before. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in Ouarzazate.
