We ended up at this hotel unexpectedly after being left in another city during our trip in Morocco, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. From the moment we contacted them, the staff went above and beyond to help us—even assisting with booking a taxi to get to the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely safe, and very welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous—perfect for relaxing—and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. What truly made the difference was the incredible staff. They made us feel at home, accommodated all our needs, and even allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost while we waited for our new tour pickup. Huge thanks to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. You turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Our stay at this hotel was INCREDIBLE - it is so much nicer than the pictures online (even though they still look gorgeous!). We went in July and due to the extreme temperatures we were some of the only guests staying at the hotel which was lovely to have the space to ourselves, and the deal we got for the room was an amazing price. The staff were the best part about our stay, they sorted everything we needed, booking us activities, making delicious breakfast every day and even kindly making us fruit platters when we came back late and missed the dinner slot one night. They treated us so kindly, bringing tea and pastries to the poolside each day as we were relaxing. We had booked a family room for 5 people which ended up being two interconnecting rooms, each with their own huge bathroom and plenty of space for all of us. The pool was much needed in the heat and the outside space is so well decorated equipped. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Warm welcome at reception. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Good food in the evening and lovely breakfast including Berber omelette. Pool looked very inviting- just a little cold in January! Hotel was easy to find and receptionist gave us information about how to find the things we wanted to see nearby.
