Ecolodge La Palmeraie is a 6-minute drive from the centre of Ouarzazate and an 8-minute drive from Taourirt Kasbah. Friendly staff, nice food and good accomodation. Especially the bungalows are great (we booked 1 tent and 1 bungalow). We misread the details and were surprised to find out that if you stay in a tent then you do not have a private bathroom. But as said, that's only because we misread the details. Overall this is a nice place to stay.

Fabulous gardens, great pool (though too cold in December!) and nicely designed rooms; incredibly peaceful base to explore Ouazarzate - this is our second time here as the kids love it, and we would return. The bungalows have their own kitchen and bathroom so you can cook for yourselves if prefer - but the 'berber omelette' is GREAT.

We really liked the place with the garden, the animals and the outdoor spaces. Also the tent was very cozy and confortable. The food at diner and breakfast was also really good.
