After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. The balconies are seasonal and available in the warmer months. There is no room service, daily cleanings, or cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Cribs are not available for studio apartments due to safety regulations.Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We rented a studio apartment and it was excellent! The room had all the amenities such as an iron, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc. the room was clean and cozy. The two guys at the reception were also very nice and allowed us to check in a bit earlier because we arrived too early. If I ever come to Ottawa again, I will come back 100%!

Lovely place all I would add is a hanger for the hand towels and maybe lower the TV in the living room

I was so happy to find this place on Booking when planning my trip to Ottawa! The location was amazing—just a 15–20 minute walk to Parliament Hill, with lots of great spots to eat or grab food along the way. The apartment was super well-equipped, felt very secure, and had everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again if the price stays the same!

this was my second stay at the Sonder o'Connor and it is just perfect for visiting my dtr and son in law who live in the glebe. comfy rooms, fab facilities and lovely staff.

The staff was exceptional. The facilities were also very good. The use of a key code outside and then again inside before entering was bothersome especially since often the key code did not work properly and I had to wait for a staff member to see me (which they did quite quickly).

Everything was great. But the tv remote on the bedroom didn't work. The navigation buttons don't work so couldn't watch tv from the bedroom. Apart from that all good.

We stayed at Sonder for 2 nights and were astonished by how spacious and well-equipped their apartments were. Great location to explore the city of Ottawa, close to everything and yet very quiet at night. It was also convenient that they had on-site parking. If we get to visit this beautiful city again we'll make sure to come back here.

The room was large enough for 2 people, and included a small desk and a small café table with two chairs. The kitchenette was more than adequately equipped. The furnishings / decor were new and modern. Overall the room was very clean and quiet.
