After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note: the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. The balconies are seasonal and available in the warmer months. There is no room service, daily cleanings, or cable. We have provided a Roku for streaming. Cribs are not available for studio apartments due to safety regulations.Sonder offers all guests the ability to book housekeeping services on-demand for a nominal fee. This ensures you can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay. Housekeeping services must be scheduled via the Sonder app, 24 hours in advance.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

We had everything we needed for our stay here. Everything is clean to a good standard and all the applicances are very good (i.e. TV, fridge, oven, dishwasher & microwave). Transport links are great, very easy to get around the city from pretty much the door step.

The location is very good. 20 minutes walk from Byward, close to a shoppers drug mart and not far from a supermarket. Close to bars and restaurants. The response on the chat was very good.
