The bed was comfy and the space was nice to relax in. Temperature was nice. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was very generous as long as you don't get there late (ie 10am.) Location couldn't be better if you are in Ottawa for shopping, nightlife, or culture. Nearby restaurants also good. The jail tour was great.

The Room felt like a prison, exactly what I signed up for :) + You can deposit your bag/suitcase even after checkout + The breakfast, while not that big, offered the essentials

Friendly staff, clean premises, other guests were courteous. Showers and bathrooms were always extremely clean. Breakfast was better than some hotels, even.
