To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at Ogoto Onsen Station. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.Please inform the property in advance if guests have any food allergies or dietary needs.If you have booked a plan that includes breakfast, you cannot add dinner separately. Please make a reservation again using the half-board plan.Please be sure to call us on the day of your appointment. We do not accept contact via email.The room size is the same regardless of the number of guests.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
Guests must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.

Amazing authentic food. Staff were excellent at explaining how and what to eat with each course. Luxury onsen with fantastic views for a great price. Quick connections from Kyoto and the hotel pick you up from the station. Look for the black mobile phone inside, at the side of a stand/poster as you exit through the turnstiles. Also had the honey shampoo and conditioner to use (highly recommend).

The facilities were good and well located. Dinner and breakfast were amazing, extremely fresh and delicious food. The shuttle service was amazing, always available to pick us up or take us to the nearest train station. The staff was very friendly and attentive

They provided convenient pick up and drop off from/to the nearest train station. Service was good and all the staff very polite. The bath house experience was nice. We had a very filling dinner and breakfast at their in-house restaurant.
