We planned to have stopover on our way to Sicily. Due to lots of traffic, we arrived really late. Margherita is such a nice person- she organised us a table in a restaurant and let us have dinner before actually arriving at the b&b at 11 p.m. Since we don't speak any Italian, she got help from her daughter to translate everything. The room ist nice and clean actually I think it is the only room to rent in the house. The bathroom had lots of choice for different shampoos etc. In the morning, Margherita prepared a wonderful breakfast in the shadow of the trees in the garden, overlooking the Umbrian hills- wonderful! We would definitely come back.

Wonderful place with wonderful owners. Very attentive a need of guests. Good Italian breakfast. Many patience with kids. Highly recommended!

Beautiful rural location but very close to the motorway. Margherita was extremely kind and welcoming and provided us with an excellent breakfast.
