The breakfast each morning was exceptionally good with a wide variety of food available, from fruit to cold meats and cheese and especially the typical Italian breakfast of something sweet. Tea and coffee were available and the coffee machine ensured that you had your choice of coffee.

· The grounds are very beautiful and very quiet, and the location is so close to Otranto which was amazing. The pool was beautiful as well. The room was simple, a little dark, but nice and clean. Mini fridge available, with lots of closet space, a TV, and a modest bathroom. Beds were a little hard. Tons of free parking was available. Breakfast was included, which offered coffee, simple pastries such as croissants, tarts, etc. as well as hard boiled eggs, some fruit, yogurt, etc. Staff were friendly, but don't go above and beyond what you would expect at a farm stay.

Very lovely, quiet and clean place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highlight is the breakfast with many home made apulian dishes. Strongly recommended!

Good location near Otranto Old Town and some of the best beaches in Salento, swimming pool is a good feature especially for families with kids, good breakfast, really friendly staff, available parking
