A surcharge of €50 applies for arrivals after 20:00 until 00:00 check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of €100 applies for arrivals after 00:00 until 02:00 check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of €20 applies for arrivals before check-in hours. All requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of €20 applies for departures from 10:00 until 11:00 check-out hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of €50 applies for arrivals between 11.00 and 16.00. All requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of 50% of daily rate applies for departures after 11:00. All requests for late departure are subject to confirmation by the property.
The property will provide an extra linen package for the following extra charge: 20 eur per person, per stay.

The property was a short walk from the station. The communication before arrival was excellent, including me alerting we would arrive earlier than expected. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The antique furniture in the room was amazing but air con was also a bonus. The al-fresco breakfast was superb with a great choice of savoury and sweet items. I loved hearing the crickets in the trees and seeing the bats fluttering about at night.

Very spacious apartment set in an oasis - very private and relaxing. Great location - not much more than 5 minutes walk to the promenade and beach in Otranto. Otranto is a beautiful historic town with many fine restaurants and shops.
