A surcharge of €50 applies for arrivals after 20:00 until 00:00 check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of €100 applies for arrivals after 0:00 until 01:00 check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of €20 applies for departures from 10:00 until 11:00 check-out hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of €30 applies for arrivals between 11.00 and 13.00. All requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of €20 applies for arrivals between 13.00 and 16.00. All requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of 50% of daily rate applies for departures after 11:00. All requests for late departure are subject to confirmation by the property.
The property will provide an extra linen package for the following extra charge: 20 eur per person, per stay.

We spent a week in this place in Otranto and had a wonderful stay. The studio we rented was very comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire property was spotless. The studio was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful, always making sure we felt welcome. The surroundings are spacious, with a beautifully maintained garden full of greenery and cozy spots to relax. We would be very happy to return here again.
