A surcharge of €20 applies for arrivals before check-in hours. All requests for early arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of €20 applies for departures from 10:00 until 11:00 check-out hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
A surcharge of 50% of daily rate applies for departures after 11:00. All requests for late departure are subject to confirmation by the property.

This hotel is a gem – beautifully serene and just a short, ten-minute walk from the heart of Otranto. The staff's warmth and attentiveness truly made our experience, going above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. No request was too much, and their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home! It’s without a doubt, the best place we've stayed in Italy, thanks to both the stunning location and the exceptional staff. Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable!

This place will definitely make your vacations unique! The villa has a beautiful garden - all apartments are well equipped, clean, spacious with terrace where you can enjoy your meals or have a glass of wine 🍷 the owner is really nice and helpful- he gave us a lot of advices about what to do and where to eat in the city. Otranto is a lovely town - so all was perfect 10/10
