Hotel Overview

Offering a rooftop terrace with hot tub, Hotel Palazzo Papaleo is next to Otranto Cathedral, a few steps from the sea. This historic building now has a contemporary design with marble, mosaic and chrome.

Everything! Our room had a huge terrace and balcony. The bed was soo comfortable. The staff were amazing. The roof terrace is a wonderful place to watch the sun go down after a day sightseeing.

Its location, style and excellent staff who made our stay very special. The hotel is an old palace converted to a hotel keeping many traditional styling features and includes a wonderful roof terrace with panoramic views over the bay. It’s next door to the wonderful cathedral and a short walk to the extremely old castle, both well worth seeing.

From the moment we arrived on receiving a warm welcome from our receptionist we felt completely relaxed. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location and we enjoyed the delicious breakfasts on the roof terrace and appreciated the helpful, friendly staff.
