The staff, Lucia and her colleagues, were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist. The food was good and we enjoyed watching the animals who game around during the afternoon. The place is close to other places of interest.

The rooms were very comfortable and a huge bed invited you to get a good night's sleep. the staff was very friendly and we felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, due to the delay in our flight, we were only able to stay on one of the two nights we had booked.

It was entertaining to sit on the patio observing the wildlife turn up at the watering hole. Staff were v helpful.

A nice halfway stop between the northern Zambezi region and our next destination Damaraland. The rooms were big, spacious and modern with good showers, tea and coffee-making facilities and bottled water. The lodge was situated just outside Otjiwarongo and appeared to be a popular functions venue. The bobotie - a traditional South African mince dish with a dairy topping - was a good dinner choice and a change from menu offerings at other lodges. Staff were lovely and very friendly.
