The staff spoke English and made the check in process very easy, The room was quite spacious and left plenty for three adults too move around easily. The bathroom was quite spacious and even though was a shared space had plenty of room for changing and included basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staff also accommodated for our ski equipment and aloud us to keep it in the hallway inside the accommodation. The room has a heater and good insulation so you're unable to hear the neighbors. In a great location too see the otaru canal

Wonderful stay in Otaru. The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were very clean and tidy. The common area downstairs had some cutlery and microwave for heating up food which was a bonus). There were a few great restaurants within short walking distance and the canals just down the street and only 10min walk to the main area. Would definitely recommend and stay in the future! One of our best accoms in Japan! The owners are really lovely as well!
