The location is great, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The onsen is a bit crowded because of the hotel’s popularity.

Very close to Otaru train station and bus terminal 2 or 3 mins walk only across to Hotel. 10mins walk to Canal. Excellent breakfast from 0630 to 0930. A variety of seafood breakfast. Kept us full till past lunch time. Free ramen at night from 2130 to 2300. Free milk drink at 2nd Floor from 0500-1000 and free ice cream/popsicle from 1500-2300.
