Location was Superb. Breakfast, pizza restaurant and ramen 🍜 cafe all totemo oishi. Bathrooms very clean,Showers were hot with great water pressure . 3 bars, 2 free pool tables and a dart 🎯 board make for a very sociable environment and easy interaction with fellow travellers from all over the world. 90 % of the staff go above and beyond to make this a wonderful place. Rooms lovely and warm with super comfy beds 🛌.

Great atmosphere and staff were happy to help in anyway. Great for solo and families and plan to come back with my kids who are older teens and young adults.

The entire check - in process went quite smoothly. And we are extremely grateful to one of the staff members named Tom. We had rented some skiing equipment from a place quite far away. When we were about to leave the hotel, we needed to return it. The driving distance was more than 20 minutes. He was so warm - hearted that he helped us transport all the equipment there. Then he even took us to the nearest station. This saved us a huge amount of trouble as we had a lot of luggage and a Child with us.
