Excellent location, very clean, staff very friendly and efficient! Had a problem with the shower, needed a new washer on it, within 10 mins of reporting it, the problem was resolved!

This is a lovely hotel on the outskirts of Oswiecim and a perfect location close to the museums in the town. My room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The restaurant serves a good variety of dishes, and I particularly enjoyed trying the Polish cuisine. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. I highly recommend this hotel if you're wishing to visit the town of Oswiecim

Great service. Nice people always ready to help and solving the problems immediately. The hotel is in very quiet suburban area far from traffic. Facility is big with decent parking and maintain in good style. Rooms are cosy and well finished. They also serving good food in the morning. I'm highly recommendig this place for someone who is looking value for money.
