The staff were kind, helpful and efficient. The swimming pools were great. The breakfast was good. It's a hotel that would probably be ideal for families or large parties, less so, perhaps, for couples.

The hotel was a perfect choice for our stay—it's spacious, with several inviting pool areas and a private beach just 300 meters away. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the afternoon and having a delicious lunch by the seaside. The service was attentive, and the rooms were comfortable and well-kept, plus parking was very easy. Just a quick tip: when approaching the hotel district, you'll need to pass through green gates, so keep an eye out for those. Also, I highly recommend spending some time in Ostuni town—it's small but absolutely charming, and only a 15–20 minute drive from the hotel.

There are a number of reviews which comment on the breakfast being outstanding. I judge the key part of a breakfast offering being the hot food - in effect there wasn’t any as the hot items were just left in large pots supposedly being kept warm by a single tea light under the pot (I kid you not). So cold bacon was the outcome. Also scrambled eggs were the only egg option. We stayed 8 nights - the breakfast option for the mornings of days 3-6 did not include any facilities to make toast! The only toaster was moved into a breakfast area reserved for wedding parties and a driving tour party - obviously the regular guests were to be treated as second class citizens. Overall a good choice of food but with key negative issues….
