The Masseria is surrounded by olive trees, some of them very old. We had an olive producing/tasting tour of the property which was very enjoyable. Our guide was wonderful. The food was so good that we ate in the restaurant at lunchtime and in the evening. The staff were very welcoming.

Beautiful masseria in a peaceful location with easy access to Ostuni and the coast. The staff were most welcoming, the food was excellent and we had a personal and very interesting tour of the historic olive oil cellar. We loved the pool.

We loved everything!!! If you are looking for someplace to relax ..this is the place for you amongst the olive groves. Santa and Pietro were so informative about the property and any questions we had about the area. Santa took us on an amazing tour of the olives groves and explained how olive oil was made years ago and present time. The pool was lovely and the food incredible. We highly recommend Masseria Valente to anyone who just wants to unwind and relax.

Fabulous masseria with lovely staff, excellent food and wine. Superb swimming pool. Highly recommended. We particulary engaged with Maximiliano and both Maria's, they were delightful! The masseria produces three types of olive oil, all of which can be sampled on the olive oil 'tour' and purchased to take away. We bought all three!
