Location was great however you can not reach the front door by car. So if you have heavy luggage, you need to drag it up the small street. The owner was lovely and help take the luggage up the small narrow staircase to our room. Breakfast was simple but endless cups of coffee and cheerful staff.

For a city location, it was nice but very small and not comparable with Tenutas and Masserias. The place was relatively close to the old town and one big plus was the parking in front of the place on the street. The breakfast was small with limited choices but an amazing cappuccino.

Great care from the two ladies in charge. Sylvia even came to meet us when we were lost! Breakfasts good, inc gluten-free options and decaff coffee. Spa bathroom immaculate. Beds comfy. Wi-Fi good in Reception. Steps up to a roof terrace.
