Please note that the hotel does not accept children under 5 years of age. This is due to licencing. Check-in is always handled via a self check-in kiosk. You will receive your personal check-in instructions digitally on the night before your arrival or on the day of your arrival. There is no physical reception on-site, but our digital reception is available 24/7 via WhatsApp at 32 59/70 28 98 should you have any questions before or during your stay.The lounge is only open strictly on reservation or for events/groups and Afternoon Tea reservations. Breakfast is only available from April to October. From October to April breakfast is only available during the weekends and national holidays. Strictly on reservation request only.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
